Three years ago, The Relatable Voice podcast was launched with a simple mission: to create a space where authors could share their stories and connect with readers in meaningful ways. Quickly, the podcast grew, and more and more authors began reaching out, eager to talk about their books and creative journeys. To keep up with this excitement, we decided to create a special event that could showcase and highlight these incredible guests and their work. And so, The RV Book Fair was born!
What began as a virtual RV filled with talented authors, ready to share their insights, has blossomed into a dynamic annual event that brings together creatives from all around the world. Each year, our “RV” goes on a virtual journey across genres, backgrounds, and storytelling styles, offering readers a unique literary adventure like no other. The simple formula that has fueled this celebration—RV + CREATIVES = A Journey into Literature—has proven to be a perfect way to unite authors, illustrators, and book lovers on one exciting platform.
I’ve invited author Pat Backley to join me as co-host on this journey, and she promptly accepted! For the third year in a row, Pat is here with her big smile, bringing her vibrant energy as the life of the party. This year, I'm also excited to have the participation of three co-hosts: Sean Bridges, Rick Incorvia, and Douglas Weissman. Together, we’re thrilled to welcome both familiar faces who have been part of the RV family for years and new talents joining us on this incredible journey.
This year’s event features eight engaging panels, each opened by inspiring speakers who will share insights and advice for authors and readers alike. From November 16th to November 23rd, we’ll be showcasing these authors' works across BrandEducation Magazine, The RV Online, WorldAuthors.org, Catch the Story podcast, and The RV Podcast. Our lineup includes authors discussing various genres and sharing stories for a full eight days of celebration.
This year’s RV Book Fair promises to be our best yet. We’re set to host an inspiring lineup of panel discussions, writing workshops, book previews, and behind-the-scenes interviews with some of today’s most creative voices in literature. With everything from heartwarming children’s stories to thrilling novels, this year’s fair is packed with something for every reader.
